How long does it take to build a resort style pool and spa?

Do I Need Special Permits to Build a Resort Style Swimming Pool in San Diego?
Distinguished Pools will determine which type of permits are required based on the type of swimming pool, the topography where the swimming pool construction is to take place, type of Swimming Pool you want to build and the city in which you plan to build. Some areas like La Jolla are considered part of San Diego, while if your prospective pool construction is in an unincorporated area, permits may be issued by San Diego County. Either way, the permitting process is similar. Also, if your swimming pool construction is part of a bigger project, such as a house, then part or all of the swimming pool you are building may be partially covered under those permits.
